Data Deletion

You can disconnect third-party accounts from LaunchBox and request deletion of information associated with your LaunchBox account. This page applies to TikTok and other connected services. Disconnecting stops future access through LaunchBox; it does not delete content already published to a third-party platform.

• In LaunchBox, open the connections menu, find TikTok, and choose Disconnect.
• You can also revoke LaunchBox or its connection provider in your TikTok account settings.

The current TikTok connection flow uses Zernio to handle provider authorization. LaunchBox stores the association between your LaunchBox user and the connected provider account. When you disconnect, LaunchBox removes that association and requests removal of the connected account from the integration provider where supported. You may also contact us to verify completion.

Email hi@launchbox.livefrom the email address associated with your LaunchBox account. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request and tell us whether you want to delete your entire LaunchBox account or only specified connected-account data. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, or other secret credentials.

We will acknowledge the request, verify that you control the account, and process the deletion within 30 days. We will remove or de-identify applicable LaunchBox records and ask relevant integration providers to delete associated data where applicable. We will confirm completion by email or explain any information we must retain and why.

A limited record may be retained where required by law or reasonably needed for security, accounting, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes. Residual copies in encrypted backups may remain until the normal backup rotation removes them. TikTok posts or other content already published to a third-party service must be deleted through that service.
