Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LaunchBox websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). In these Terms, "LaunchBox," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the LaunchBox service. By creating an account, connecting a service, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use LaunchBox for a business or another organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. LaunchBox is a business service and is not intended for children under 13.

LaunchBox provides business workspace tools that may include marketing and social-content workflows, customer and service operations, documents, communications, payroll records, and AI-assisted features. Features may change, may depend on your plan or configuration, and may require third-party services. LaunchBox is not a bank, payment processor, tax preparer, payroll provider, law firm, or accounting firm. Unless a specific feature says otherwise, LaunchBox does not file payroll taxes or move money for you.

AI-generated or automated suggestions are provided to assist your work. You are responsible for reviewing them and deciding whether they are accurate, lawful, and appropriate before relying on, sending, publishing, or acting on them.

• Provide accurate account and workspace information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• Keep your credentials secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing team member access.
• Use the Service only for your own lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Workspace owners and administrators may control access to workspace information. If you join another person's workspace, that workspace's administrator may be able to access, modify, or remove information you add there.

You may choose to connect third-party accounts, including TikTok. When you connect an account, you authorize LaunchBox and the applicable integration provider to access and use the information and permissions shown in the provider's authorization flow, only to provide the feature you request. You must have authority to connect the account and must comply with the third party's terms, policies, and applicable laws.

You retain ownership of your accounts and content. You are responsible for the content you submit and for confirming that you have the rights, permissions, and any required consent to use it. You instruct LaunchBox to carry out actions you initiate through connected features. Review content, recipients, account selection, and publishing settings before confirming an action.

Third-party services are operated independently and may change, suspend, or discontinue their features. LaunchBox does not control their availability or decisions. TikTok access is subject to TikTok's terms and policies. You may disconnect an account in LaunchBox where available and revoke its authorization through the provider. You keep your rights to information, files, and content that you submit to LaunchBox ("Your Content"). You grant LaunchBox a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit, display, and use Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and provide features you request. This permission ends when Your Content is deleted from our active systems, subject to backup cycles and retention required by law.

You represent that Your Content and your use of the Service do not infringe another person's rights, violate law, or breach a third-party platform's rules. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to provide.

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, deceive people, or distribute harmful or unauthorized content.
• Send spam, harass people, or publish content without appropriate authorization.
• Access another user's account or data without permission.
• Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security measures.
• Use automation or AI outputs in a way that violates a connected platform's rules or applicable law.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except where applicable law permits it.

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, LaunchBox, or third parties.

Fees, billing periods, and payment terms will be shown in the applicable order, plan, or checkout flow. You authorize the designated payment provider to charge the payment method you select for amounts due. Taxes may apply. Unless an applicable order or law says otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly at hi@launchbox.live.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You can request deletion of your LaunchBox account information and connected-service data by following our Data Deletion instructions or emailing hi@launchbox.live.

LaunchBox and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

We work to keep LaunchBox available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible operation. The Service and AI-assisted features are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for business, employment, tax, financial, legal, and publishing decisions made using the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, LaunchBox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Service. To the extent permitted by law, LaunchBox's total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid LaunchBox for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable and permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update the Service and these Terms. We will post revised Terms here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the Service.

These Terms and any applicable order form are the entire agreement between you and LaunchBox about the Service and replace prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, reorganization, or sale of assets. We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
