This Privacy Policy explains how LaunchBox ("LaunchBox," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website or use our business workspace and related services. It applies to information about workspace owners, their team members, customers, and website visitors where applicable.

LaunchBox provides tools for business operations, customer and document workflows, and connected business and social-media services. Features available to you depend on your plan, configuration, and the permissions you grant.

• Account details such as your name, email address, login identifiers, and account preferences.
• Workspace information such as business name, logo, contact details, staff records, customers, jobs, invoices, quotes, payroll entries, and settings that you choose to enter.
• Content and instructions you submit, including messages, files, images, captions, and other material used with enabled LaunchBox features.
• Connection information for third-party services you authorize, such as provider account identifiers, usernames, selected pages or profiles, permission status, and connection timestamps.
• Transaction and subscription details from payment providers. Payment providers process payment credentials; LaunchBox does not need your full card number to provide the workspace.
• Technical information such as browser and device type, logs, diagnostic events, and approximate usage information needed to secure and operate the service.
• Messages and information you provide when contacting support.

We collect information you provide, information created through your use of LaunchBox, and information returned by a connected provider when you authorize a feature to access it.

If you choose to connect a TikTok account, TikTok will show you an authorization screen and the permissions requested. If you approve, LaunchBox and its connection service provider (currently Zernio for the available TikTok connection flow) may process the TikTok account identifier, username or profile details made available by the connection, authorization and connection status, and information needed to associate that account with your LaunchBox workspace.

Depending on the TikTok features enabled in LaunchBox and the permissions you grant, connected services may also process content you select or submit, such as video or image files, captions, post settings, and publishing status. We use such information only to provide the feature you requested, maintain the connection, troubleshoot it, and protect the service. We do not sell TikTok user data or use it for unrelated advertising. We do not use TikTok data to train generalized AI models.

TikTok and Zernio process information under their own policies and terms. In the current Zernio-based flow, Zernio handles the provider authorization credentials; LaunchBox stores a mapping between your LaunchBox user and the connected provider account. If we change the connection method, we will update this policy to accurately describe any resulting handling.

Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of your account or content to LaunchBox. You can disconnect a service from LaunchBox where that control is available, revoke access in the provider's settings, or request deletion as described in our Data Deletion instructions.

• Provide, maintain, personalize, and secure LaunchBox and the features you request.
• Connect to third-party services and carry out actions you expressly initiate or authorize.
• Prepare business records and documents from information you provide.
• Respond to support requests and send service, security, billing, and policy notices.
• Detect abuse, investigate incidents, comply with law, and enforce our agreements.
• Understand service reliability and improve LaunchBox using operational diagnostics.

We do not sell personal information.

We share information only as needed for the purposes described here, including with:

• Service providers that host, secure, support, or operate LaunchBox, including database, authentication, infrastructure, email, AI, and payment providers.
• Third-party platforms you choose to connect, including TikTok, and their integration providers, including Zernio for the current TikTok connection flow.
• Your workspace owner or administrators, where you use LaunchBox as a team member.
• Professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
• A successor or acquiring entity in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not share TikTok information with data brokers or for third-party marketing. We do not allow service providers to use it for purposes unrelated to providing services to LaunchBox.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the feature involved.

You may request deletion of your LaunchBox account information and TikTok-sourced information by following the steps on our Data Deletion page or by emailing hi@launchbox.live. We will process verified requests within 30 days, subject to information we must retain by law or for legitimate security, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. Copies in backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten. We will ask relevant providers to delete associated data where applicable; their own retention rules may also apply.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, restrict access to authorized purposes, and reduce the risk of loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

LaunchBox and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw a permission you previously granted by disconnecting the relevant provider or changing permissions in that provider's settings. To make a request, contact us at hi@launchbox.live. We may need to verify your identity and may not be able to fulfill a request where an exception applies.

We use necessary cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, keep you signed in, protect accounts, and remember settings. Where enabled, analytics or performance technologies help us understand service reliability and usage. We use your contact details to respond to you and send service, account, security, and billing communications. We send SMS messages only where the feature is offered and you have provided any consent required by law. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of promotional messages does not stop essential account or transactional notices where permitted by law. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

LaunchBox is a business service and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us information.

We may update this policy as our service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice where required.
