Your next opportunity may already be in your database.
LaunchBox helps contractors reconnect with eligible past inquiries, identify homeowners who show renewed interest, and coordinate estimate appointments for interested prospects through our managed monthly services.
The $299 pilot: we reach out to up to 200 of your past inquiries and report who is still interested. It doesn’t include appointment setting.
One-time payment. Defined campaign scope. No automatic subscription.
You may not need more inquiries first.
You may need to follow up with the homeowners who already contacted you. How many homeowners who requested an estimate last month still need the work done?
You already paid for them
Ads, website work, referrals, and phone time went into every inquiry. Many sit in spreadsheets or a CRM with no follow-up.
Silence isn’t always “no”
Homeowners delay for budget, insurance, or timing. Some are still planning the work. Others aren’t, and we report which is which.
Follow-up is where jobs get lost
Missed calls and inconsistent follow-up leave room for a competitor who simply replies first.
How lead recovery works
Review and segment eligible inquiries
We sort the existing records you supply, within your package’s inquiry limit.
Run the agreed campaign and track responses
Outreach follows your package’s attempt limits, where permitted. Opt-outs stop contact.
Report interest and coordinate appointments
You see who is interested. Monthly plans also coordinate estimate times with them.
A booked appointment is not an attended appointment, and neither is a completed sale. We report them as separate stages.
Start with the $299 pilot.

An eligible inquiry is a unique existing record you supply and we accept within the agreed scope. Attempt limits are caps, not unlimited, and a campaign cycle is a defined outreach sequence. Outreach stops when someone opts out or becomes ineligible. You must be authorized to contact these homeowners, and applicable US federal and state calling, texting, consent, privacy, and opt-out rules apply. Messaging, calling, CRM, and third-party charges are confirmed before you start. No package includes unlimited live calling, 24/7 response handling, or sales closing.

What your report looks like
A made-up example so you can see what you’d get back. Read it top to bottom: each line shows how many past inquiries made it to the next step.
Example only. All numbers are made up. They are not real results or a prediction. The pilot report stops at “Still want the work.” The estimate steps are part of the monthly plans.
Sample campaign: 200 old inquiries
In plain terms: of 200 old inquiries, 21 homeowners said they still want the work. On a monthly plan, 5 of them ended up with an estimate on your calendar. Booked is not the same as showing up, and showing up is not the same as buying.
Example: one homeowner on your list
Made-up example- Lead ID
- LB-ROOF-014
- Job
- Roof replacement
- City
- Raleigh, NC
- What they want
- Shingle replacement, still planned
- When
- Within 60 days
- Good fit?
- Qualified, insurance claim pending
- Estimate visit
- Asked for one, not confirmed yet
Your report lists each homeowner who replied like this, so your office knows who to call back.

Straight answers
What if the old inquiries are no longer interested?
Not everyone will still need the work done. The campaign identifies current interest and reports the results rather than treating every record as an opportunity.
Do I need to buy new leads?
No. The pilot starts with eligible inquiries you already have.
Do I need to change my CRM?
The first campaign can be scoped around the records and systems you already use, subject to data compatibility.
How do you handle homeowner contact information?
Records must be provided and used with the right permissions and legal basis. We respect contact methods, consent, opt-outs, and applicable privacy and messaging laws.
What contractors say about us
Feedback given to us directly by contractors we’ve worked with, shared with permission. Individual results vary; we do not guarantee sales or conversions.
“The report was dead simple — it showed exactly which old estimates were still worth a call. We closed two roofs in the first week from leads I'd written off.”
“I was skeptical about paying for old leads, but the follow-up they ran brought back a kitchen remodel we thought was gone. Paid for itself many times over.”
“Clear scope, clear price, no surprises. They told me exactly what I'd get before I paid, and that's exactly what showed up.”
“My office finally had a clean list of who to call back instead of digging through the CRM. Booked three estimates straight off the pilot.”
Frequently asked questions
What is contractor lead reactivation?
Contacting homeowners who previously inquired with you, to find out who still wants the work. It uses records you already have, not new leads.
What counts as an eligible inquiry?
A unique existing inquiry record you supply and we accept within your package’s scope, for someone you’re authorized to contact. Duplicates and opted-out contacts don’t count.
Does the $299 pilot include appointment setting?
No. The pilot covers one campaign, response tracking, interest classification, and a report. Appointment coordination is in the monthly plans.
How does appointment setting work in the monthly plans?
When a homeowner shows interest, we coordinate an estimate time using your availability and track its status: booked, rescheduled, or cancelled when reported, plus attended on the Managed plan. A booked appointment is not an attended appointment, and neither is a completed sale.
Does LaunchBox guarantee appointments or jobs?
No. Results depend on inquiry quality, contact eligibility, homeowner response, and execution. We don’t guarantee appointments, attendance, revenue, or closed jobs, and closing sales is yours.
What happens if a homeowner does not respond?
We stop at your package’s attempt limit and record them as no response. Anyone who opts out is removed right away.
Can the contractor control appointment availability?
Yes. Appointments are coordinated only within availability you approve.
Are messaging and phone charges included?
Messaging, calling, CRM, and third-party usage charges are confirmed before you pay — included or billed separately depending on your setup.
Is the pilot recurring?
No. It’s a one-time payment with no automatic subscription. Monthly plans are separate agreements.
Can the contractor upgrade after the pilot?
Yes, you can move to a monthly plan afterward.
Your next estimate may start with an inquiry you already have.
